Great Headset
This is a great headset. Sound quality is wonderful and feels nice on the ear. It doesn't come with anything to connect it to the phone. It only has the quick adapter at the end. I had to buy the adapter that lets it connect to the RJ11 on the phone. Other than that it is great.

gn netcom 2110 sound tube single headset
I looked for weeks at the retail stores and could not find a headset for a corded phone. This headset with its smart-cord connector that you have to buy separately is still less expensive than buying a "headset system". You connect this light, comfortable, left-right ear adjustable headset to the smart cord and plug the smart cord right in to the base of the telephone. I had to buy a separate in line coupler because I have to move in a 12 feet radius to fullfill orders, work a counter, etc. LOVE THIS setup. I have gone through a few couplers, however.....

I got this for a replacement headset for a previous purchase. Heavy use wore it out. This one has better sound, lighter boom - newer model. Good discount and shipping through Amazon, plus used my card. Less expensive than ordering through original source.

Great office wireless headset
As a member of the IT department at our company, I am responsible for selecting telecom products. We purchase this model for our executives. This headset is the best choice for someone who prefers the "on-ear" style headset. Great battery life, great range and no interference whatsoever. Our office is next to the airport and these headsets are not susceptible to interference at all.

Clear headset with great range
This is a great headset. I didn't realize they were so expensive, but if you spend a lot of time on the phone, it is well worth it. The sound is fantastic. I walk all over my office and into other offices with it, so it has good range on the wireless. I gave it a 3/5 stars on ease of use. I needed the help of our IT to connect it to our phone system as well as synch it. However, it looks fairly simple to hook up to a standard phone.

Really great for phone jockeys
These are the headsets we used at the Sony Tier 2 support line for VAIO computers. I loved them! The wireless works great even at a distance, and the sound quality is excellent. I never had a problem with volume. Between adjusting the volume on the headset and also on the phone itself I was always able to find a comfortable level. Highly recommended. My current employer is too cheap to buy these but I may spend my own money for one some day, it is worth it!

Great product, a little odd setting it up...
Headset works great, sound much better to/and customers sound much louder as well, where before with the cheap headset I was provided, I had to practically eat the mic to be heard, where with the Jabra it is a good 1"+ away and works fine!

Outstanding headset, no amp required if you have the right phone
I use this headset to conduct interviews. It is very well made and seems like it will be durable. Sound quality and noise isolation are excellent. I find myself grabbing it instead of the handset for ordinary calls because of its clarity.I don't need a separate amplifier because my excellent has one built-in. I did have to buy an adapter from Hello Direct (Amazon doesn't carry it) to plug it into the 2.5mm jack.At first the headset felt unstable - it adjusts on so many different dimensions and the spring power of the overhead loop is so light that it seemed to want to slip out of position. But I've learned to adjust it so it stays put, and the light pressure makes it very comfortable.

Love 'em
I recently returned some 2 defective 2025 NC headsets and now have these (2125 NC) and am very happy that I made the switch. My customers can hear my clearly without having to constantly hold the mic up to my mouth like I did with the 2025NC and I can hear the customers loud and clear as well. The 2125NC has a little bit smaller 'ear-muffs', or whatever you'd like to call them, that I find to be more comfortable. The overall headset is very light and is real comfortable to wear. Definitely happy with this purchase.

Good business headset
Really puts you into the phone call. Great for noisy office environments.Downside is the fact you will need a special amplifier or "smart cord" (if using phone that has headset accessory jack) to plug this into your phone. That adds to the cost of an already pricy headset.

Excellent headset with excellent
I love the freedom this headset gives me. I can go to the kitchen and get a drink while still talking on the phone. It is very comfortable, sounds good and people on the other end can hear me clearly. You have to adjust the controls. You can make your voice louder to the other person. You can make their voice louder to you.I replaced the battery after five years, which is something of a challenge. Fortunately this company has excellent support. The technician patiently talked me through it and the unit worked fine.

Jabra Customer Service on the GN 1000
While I like the unit as it is trouble free and works well when it works, I do have an issue with Jabra's repair policy on this unit when it is out of warranty. In my case the problem was simply a broken wire in the connection cable. However Jabra refused to sell me a replacement cable. Instead after a number of holds and transfers on their customer service lines they agreed to "fix" the unit for $35 which amounts to swapping the unit out for a working one. In addition to the $35 repair price I would need to pay for shipping and handling in both directions.It was also difficult to get a price for the return shipping cost as they wanted me to give them a "blank check" by just enclosing a credit card number to bill against with the final price unknown. That is not how I wish do business. They also refused to allow me to cross ship since they were replacing the product. Only One Of Its Kind
This is the only one of a kind I've found of this product. While I applaud the concept and use it regularly, I've had to order six of them in the past two years for the same phone. The Remote Answering Device isn't hardy enough for long term use. It breaks and stops hanging up the phone properly.
