Tastes Delicous and is Nutritious
I'll add skim milk, a pinch of vanilla extract, and a few ice cubes...and I have myself a nutritious, delicious, and easy meal replacement for breakfast and sometimes in the afternoon too. I use to buy the pre-made ready shakes at walmart but find this much more economical over the long run. My goal was to lose 25 lbs by the time it begins to get warm outside. I have ten pounds to go and the clock is ticking so I have really been relying on this drink more than usual lately. I also give a ton of credit to CLA and raspberry ketones, . I started taking CLA (blocks fat from building up in the stomach area) and also raspberry ketones which has been a great appetite suppressant. Preparation Tip
I love this for breakfast even when I'm not dieting and I've found the optimum way to prepare it (for myself, anyway) and thought I'd pass it along: you put skim milk in a shaker (use one with measuring marks on it to get the 8 oz. of milk lined up right), add the scoop of S-F, then a couple of ice cubes. Shake it like you're making a martini, for a couple of minutes, then pop it into your freezer for about 15 minutes and then use a straw, for that real milkshake feeling! Trust me, it's worth the wait. It comes out thicker and colder and more satisfying than a blender can ever make it. You can adjust the freeze time to your preference or to your particular freezer. Awesomely delicious.

Tasty and satisfying
I find these shakes to taste very good. My husband used to drink coffee all the time and now he can drink one of these without all the hassle. They may be a little smaller than the cans, but I read the other review, and I've had no problems with recycling them. These shakes are great not just for dieters, but for people that don't have the time in the mornings to sit down and have a meal. My husband has never been a breakfast person and he is trying to lose weight, I told him that he had to have breakfast. He can now drink one of these without the heavy feeling of a meal, and still be satisfied as well as me grabbing one while I'm running out the door for work. These are also a great substitute for those of us that love McDonalds frappes and lattes that have like a gazillion calories.

Takes care of my chocolate cravings
I have only tried the creamy milk chocolate flavor and I think it absolutely delicious. I've been on a mission to lose a lot of weight and have been using these as a meal replacement in replace of breakfast on most days of the week. My personal trainer says that they are pretty high in sugar but there are also a lot of different nutrients that help with weight loss and they taste so good I told him I'll workout extra hard each time if it means I can still drink these each morning!I have been "skipping" breakfast for 3 weeks, working out 4 times per week, and taking a supplement called which I am taking for the first time. Delicious!
This meal bar is excellent! I was a little weary before buying this as I've tried meal substitute bars in the past and have always been disappointed by the taste, but these are amazing! I feel like I'm cheating on my diet every time I have one because the cookie dough ones truly taste like you're taking a bite out of raw cookie dough, esp when you leave them in the fridge. Which is really nice when you're on a strict diet like mine, you get to treat yourself without having to cheat yourself...did I just make a rhyme? I've only tried the cookie dough ones and I probably won't try any of the others simply because these are the only ones I will ever need :)! If you're the ones who always end up eating one of the globs of cookie dough while you baked cookies (such as myself) then these are most definitely the meal bars for you!

Cookie dough for lunch.
What dieter wouldn't want to eat cookie dough for lunch?!I love these meal bars. The texture is close to that of real cookie dough and the chocolate coating melts easily creating an indulgent and satisfying bar. They go great with coffee and I'm always wanting seconds.These keep me feeling full for a few hours and there is only 5g of sugar alcohols so I haven't had any issues.The only downside to these is the amount of carbs. There are 32g per serving, subtracting the 5g of fiber that's 27g, 5g sugar alcohols leaves around 23-24 net carbs. Not bad by itself but when combined with other Slim-fast bars I find the carbs start to add up faster than I like.Overall a great product that I will buy again (and again).

If your don't follow the plan don't expect advertised results.
The title says it all!! If you follow the Slim-Fast plan to the 'T' you will lose weight. Using Slim Fast/Healthy Choice diet combined with exercise and more water then I can calculate, I lost 30lbs in 50 days. Of course I was hungry at times which is to be expected when you go on a low cal diet but it was nothing an apple and a liter of water couldn't fix!. My weight fluctuated only by about 7lbs +/- after I went off of Slim Fast. If you want a low cost method of weight lose and you have the self control to follow the plan then this is for you.
